Hang tight, a few hours after the final item closes, the invoices will be auto-generated and auto-charged to the credit card on file at the time of your registration.
If you don’t see an email within 5 hours of the end of the auction, check your spam folder, and/or contact us
Pickups are July 23-30th.
*We will make an exception for customers who have purchased a larger item such as: Bumper Cars, Bowling, Laser Tag, Ropes Course.
BidderBros will gladly refer you to a professional shipping company, though we don’t handle payment/quotes for the actual shipment.

A Soft-Close is a mechanism on the Hibid platform, which will auto-extend an item’s ending, IF a bid is placed within the last minute before an item closes.
Hibid uses Soft-Close in order to protect all bidders, from a person who is attempting to “snipe” a bid at the last few seconds, who is hoping to gain the winning bid while preventing others to place a bid after theirs.
Just like in an in-person auction… If the auctioneer is about to “close a bid” on an item, and a new bidder submits a bid, the auctioneer will “accept the bid” and give a fair opportunity for any other bidder to increase their prior bid.
