Bidder Terms & Conditions

By registering for and participating in any auction conducted by Bidder Bros LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Online Bidding

All auctions are conducted exclusively online through the HiBid platform. By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item(s) if you are the winning bidder.

2. Buyer's Premium

A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final hammer price of each item purchased.

3. Item Descriptions, Photos & Videos

Bidder Bros LLC strives to accurately describe, photograph, and video all items offered for sale. However, all descriptions, photographs, videos, dimensions, and condition reports are provided as a courtesy and are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.

We do not intentionally use digital filters or image enhancements that would misrepresent an item's condition.

4. Inspection & Preview

Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to placing bids. Inspection opportunities and locations will be announced with each auction.

Failure to inspect an item does not relieve the bidder of responsibility for the purchase.

5. Auction Closing & Soft Close

Bidder Bros LLC utilizes HiBid's Soft Close bidding system to promote fair and competitive bidding.

If a bid is placed during the final minute of a lot's scheduled closing time, the closing time for that lot will automatically extend by one (1) minute. Extensions will continue until no additional bids are received during the extension period.

Each lot closes independently and may have a different ending time.

6. Live Auction Commentary

During select auctions, Bidder Bros LLC may provide live auction commentary and coverage through our YouTube channel:

These broadcasts are provided for entertainment and informational purposes, and are not part of the official bidding platform, all bids must take place via the auction platform at BidderBros.HiBid.com 

7. Payment Terms

Upon completion of the auction, the credit card on file with HiBid may be automatically charged for all purchases, including applicable Buyer's Premiums, taxes, and fees.

If you wish to use an alternate payment method, you must contact Bidder Bros LLC atleast 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the auction.

Failure to provide valid payment may result in:

• Cancellation of purchases
• Forfeiture of purchased items
• Late fees and collection efforts
• Suspension or permanent termination of bidding privileges

8. Item Removal & Pickup

All purchases must be paid in full prior to removal.

A paid invoice may be required before any items are released.

Buyers are solely responsible for:

• Disassembly
• Packaging
• Wrapping
• Loading
• Transportation
• Securing purchased items

Pickup is available by appointment only. Appointment scheduling information will be included with your invoice following the auction.

Failure to remove items within the designated pickup period may result in storage fees, forfeiture of items, or other remedies at the seller's discretion.

9. Shipping

Bidder Bros LLC does not provide shipping services unless specifically stated otherwise in the auction listing.

Buyers requiring shipping are responsible for arranging and paying for all shipping, packaging, crating, freight, insurance, and transportation services directly with their chosen shipping provider.

Bidder Bros LLC does not disassemble, palletize, crate, package, or prepare items for shipment.

Many customers have successfully used Beltmann Logistics for transportation services.

If using a third-party shipper, please notify us at Auction@BidderBros.com so we can coordinate release of the items. All shipping arrangements and charges remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

10. Condition of Property

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS," WITH ALL FAULTS.

No warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, are provided by Bidder Bros LLC, the seller, or any consignor.

The bidder is solely responsible for determining the age, authenticity, value, condition, functionality, completeness, and suitability of any item prior to bidding.

11. Accessories, Keys & Components

Unless specifically stated in the lot description, buyers should assume that accessories and components are not included.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Keys
• Locks
• Coin mechanisms
• Dollar bill acceptors
• Card swipe systems
• Readers
• Hardware accessories
• Additional components or attachments

While we make every effort to identify included accessories, omissions may occur.

12. Internet & Technology Issues

Bidder Bros LLC is not responsible for internet outages, platform interruptions, device malfunctions, software issues, or connectivity problems experienced by bidders.

Bidders are encouraged to place bids early and utilize HiBid's maximum bidding features whenever possible.

13. Chargebacks & Refunds

All sales are final.

By participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge that they have been provided the opportunity to inspect items prior to bidding.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, and refund requests based on item condition, functionality, completeness, buyer's remorse, or failure to inspect will not be accepted.

14. Bidder Conduct & Account Suspension

Bidder Bros LLC reserves the right to refuse registration, reject bids, suspend accounts, cancel purchases, or permanently prohibit participation in future auctions at its sole discretion.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Non-payment
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of auction terms
• Disruptive conduct
• Misrepresentation of identity
